SIOUX FALLS, SD UNDERSTANDS GRAFFITI

Sioux Falls, SD has recently launched an app for its citizens.  This app will allow people to submit requests for issues like graffiti removal, litter pick up, etc.  Even little ole Sioux Falls with a population of less than 200,000 understands that graffiti is a problem that needs to be addressed.
